Display full version of the post: Editing Blocks of Text

It has been some time since I used AutoCAD.  I'm currently at a new company and we have 2011, full version.  I haven't done anything since R14.  I'm okay with the drawing part of the CAD.  I'm just trying to get some help on some one of the quick editors I used to use but can't remember what it's called or how to set it up on this version.  My title blocks used to have default text that I would just click on and a pop-up window would have every line in that title block that needed input.  I would type in what was needed then pick <OK>.  All the text in the title block would update at once.  It was much easier than modifying text one line at a time.  Plus, the text was all part of the title block and would move/scale/etc with the block.

Can someone help get me back on track so I can get back to working efficiently?  Thanks in advance.
