Have you tried running a Repair? Or Uninstall and Reinstall?

Autocad is without addon, patch, service pack and others. No, Repair and Reinstall are not the first things people do when they have problems like this. In fact, many people don't even know there is a Repair option. And they usually don't want to Reinstall because they will lose all of their customization. And since you have failed to provide any information about what you've tried, I have to draw it out of you before I can proceed with finding a solution. I cannot move forward until I know all of the facts.But since you want me to be quiet, your wish is my command. Good luck.
