Can anyone help me with Express Tools in AutoCAD LT2011?  Is it in this version of AutoCAD?  If so.....what do I do to load it?Thank you!

No, Express Tools are not (and never were) available in AutoCAD LT.

Have you taken a look in your Help files?  There is a "search" option.
