Hey all.I am having issues locating a place where i can download a complete and safe Autocad 2011 software file.My company has this old setup and I am trying to transfer the License to another PC, but they only have disc 2 of 2.Any suggestions as to where I can download the program (2011 full version) at?

Suggest you contact your Autodesk reseller (from whom you purchased the software).
Well, the problem that I am having is that, before I joined this company, they purchased a copy of Autocad 2011.....from Ebay...

Unless you are on Subscription I don't believe there is a way to download past versions of AutoCAD legally certainly not from the AutoDesk website. Are you running the 32-bit or 64-bit version?
64-bit version, I believe. It was purchased as a stand alone. And I have been with the company for over 4 years now...but the laptop it is on is barely able to run it, when I am only creating ISO drawings...Is there a way to copy the File from the original laptop to mine? I activated the license transfer and it seems like it will let me, but requires to have the program installed on the target pc before transfer of license.ATM I can use it, but would prefer to not carry two laptops around.Mine is the ASUS G750JW and the gpu can easily handle what I do.

I've read of people actually doing what you are proposing and getting it to work but I am not familiar with what that takes to do. Sounds a little like black magic is involved. So you have only the disk with the 32-bit version on it?
The box that was given to me only has disc 2 of 2...for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions....All that I am trying to find is a legitimate version to DL...I am not about to use a keygen for company use.So frustrating.

I'm looking at my discs for 2011 right now and I see that they are labelled as follows:32-bit - Disc 1 of 232-bit and 64-bit - Disc 2 of 2Odd that disc 1 does not mention 64-bit.Well you could try contacting AutoDesk for installation support at www.autodesk.com/support. Maybe there is a number you can call. The other option would be to contact your local reseller and see if they might be willing to help. Although the fact that your boss circumvented the normal channels when it came to purchasing AutoCAD 2011 may weigh against you.I do not recommend or condone the use of a keygen nor do I support torrents.Where in the U.S. are you located? I'm in Connecticut.

I contacted Autodesk Support, lady was nice. But, for some reason I never could receive and email from her. She gave me her email address and she got mine with a screenshot of "Cyclic redundancy check". And she said that another dept. has my info and will contact me............................I tried installing the 2011 Autocad from the discs and was getting that data error. I recently reformatted my laptop and have webroot secureanywhere and have ran the chkdsk and hard scanned my C drive. So I guess my discs are completely worthless now.And previously I was mistaken on the discs...I have disc 1 of 2 for both 32-bit and 64-bit.I guess that I will just have to deal with a slow POS laptop to create my drawings on, until it finally gives out.Sad thing is, that I know for a fact that another office in a different state has license with at least 5 seats and only four are being used...I really hate politics between offices. As for my location I live and work out of our Houston office.

Well let us know how it all goes. Good luck.
Well, no luck so far...."spoke" with a ACAD rep via chat window...gave her my information and she said that she was giving my info to another department...no reply so far, and it has been over a week and a half...I hope it is just a delay due to holidays..
