Hello everyone.I'm new to this so if i do something wrong - please forgive me.I ow a fabrication shop and we build stainless steel process vessels. I have diversified into the fire fighting industry and i am still busy with researching all the relevant legislation (a cathedral full) and requirements for each application.I must now fabricate a 15,000 L Emulsion tank for a client in Mauritius and i have no clue what to quote even.Does anyone have a fabrication drawing of such tank / vessel - can be smaller or bigger in volume?Much appreciated.Alexander Herholdtgerrit@vini-sa.co.zaVini-SA Engineering

I don't understand something.  If you own a fabrication shop and you are being asked to fabricate a 15,000 L tank why would you have trouble quoting a price?  What is different about this tank compared to others you have fabricated?

My point exactly John Connor! The client supplies the parameters of the requirement but i am responsible for the working operation of the tank. I wanted to see if anyone has a detail perhaps in order to compare as supposed to me driving around looking for one and then studying it. You've heard the expression... time is money?!Not to worry. Got what i needed. Quoted.G
