Who can help me, please?

I have a simple 2D design comprising letters and symbols as
a .dwg file, a .dxf file, JPG and PDF.

I would like to have this design converted into a 3D file
for printing - or - can someone from the forum generate a new 3D file for me,
using the info in the files mentioned above?

The sizes required for the same design are approx.:

Version #1: 350mm x 1 mm x 250mm (yes, that’s one millimeter
thick)

Version #2: 350mm x 1.5 mm x 250mm (yes, that’s one point
five millimeters thick)

I am prepared to pay a sensible price for the work. Thank you.
