What is the command to be able to snap to a ceiling pattern that is a hatch pattern?

Click FORMAT, OPTIONS, DRAFTING TAB, AND UN-CHECK THE IGNORE HATCH OBJECTS BOX IN THE LOWER LEFT UNDER OBJECT SNAP OPTIONS
