guys i need help, i'm a newbie to rendering, i'm working on a dummy rendering trial and i can't ge the result i want. initially i render with black background(standard) and get the results i wanted, but when i try to change the background to white(thru view manage & thru render environment>fog-on) the effects vary. can someone help me to fix this? here are the images:

I thought one changes the background using the BACKGROUND command?

i'v searched the net on how to change a black BG to white, one option is to set the renderenvironment>fog>On. the other one is background command.
here's the images using background command. i still can't get the same result as like as the black BG.

Rendering with a plain white background makes everything looked washed out. Why not use a sky background or a light grey?Maybe you could use some professional help. Have you seen Ralph Grabowski's e-book re: Rendering with AutoCAD 2011/2012?http://www.caddepot.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=77&products_id=795John Connor2011-12-09 13:28:49
