Hello Nogsxd, you can find your answer in the Related CAD Tip N° 6216, Array along a path.It will explain the use of the commands DIVIDE or MEASURE.Then you will be able to place a block copied at egual distances.Remember the block name or copy/paste it on the command line when you will be invited to choose Block and not point.There will be also an option to orientate or not the block.

By drawing a path that follows that radius, whether an Arc or a Circle or a Polyline arc segment.  Or am I misunderstanding what you want to do?  An image would help.
