I need to scale in different sizes a design, but must keep dimensions, how can I do this without explode the dimensions.

Do you have the 2008-version?Then you can use Annotative dimensions.

No, I don't have it, I have 2006 version, What can I do with that version?
just type dimlfac then the scale of your drawing

You can create dimension styles at different scales.
