HI,How can i open Auto CAD files Read Only (Externally) ...Any Sugguesstion

You would have to find the file using Windows Explorer and remove the read-only attribute.  Instructions can easily be found on the Internet.  Are you on a network?  Does someone else have the file open?You could open the file as read only then do a "saveas" under a slightly different file name.
