could somebody help me to open .mcd files in autocad 2006.eagerly awaiting reply.

Why do you want to open Mathcad file in Autocad? If you really wanted to do so for some reason, you could simply created a picture from you mathcad file and insert into autocad as raster image or you could try to insert OLE object/Mathcad file.
