I'm taking an MSc in Project Management at Loughborough University, UK. As a major part of the course, I’m looking into the way that the use of Building Information Modelling software (such as Revit) might evolve over time. If its success depends upon design teams sharing an open database of information, will current procurement methods stifle its use?

At the moment, I’m just trying to get some statistics to show how professionals relate to each other and to what extent they are happy to have other organisations view/ modify their own work . I’ve set up an online survey at:
