can anybody help me to install arabic shx font and to use it

You put the SHX file in the AutoCAD Fonts folder then in your drawing use the STYLE command to create a new text style.  The procedure for doing so is covered in your AutoCAD Help file.  Hit the < F1 > key to bring it up.
