Hey fellows!! Hope someone can help me on this one.. We are like 5 people in my design Group now and it's getting mighty messy on our servers :/ the problem we have is that we dont now how to set up the Project files. I have read a bit about it but have little hard to understand. Our employers can not afford to send us on education right now so i decided to fix it myself becuase Like I said its starting to get very messy!!!We create a new single Project for every job we have in the job folder and saves Everything there. The problem is when we use files from others folder, for exemple if I am building a assembly and need a part from Another job. When opening the assembly again we have broken links and need to resolve it everytime.. Think Im going to kill someone soon =)In the Project options there is a setting called "workgroup search paths" can I link to the hole server there? For example:I create a single Project in my job folder "T:\CAMFILER\(MASTERCAM)\Parker\BLOCK"Can I add a path to "T:" in workgroup search paths? I read that using Vault would make Everything easier but we dosent have it..Hope u understand me, my English is not so good :P thanks

No need to set up an inventor project for each project folder. Set your inventor project as the root of all your project folders. You will then always be able to see all files that you've created.

The problem is that we work on two servers... I have read thats is possible to add search path and I think this is the Only Way to Solve My problem..
