I've been using autocad for ages and I never had any problem, till now.
 
Each time I open layer manager this message shows up:

************** Depuraci�n JIT **************Para habilitar la depuraci�n Just In Time (JIT), el archivo de configuraci�n de estaaplicaci�n o equipo (machine.config) debe tener elvalor jitDebugging establecido en la secci�n system.windows.forms.La aplicaci�n tambi�n se debe compilar con la depuraci�nhabilitada
Por ejemplo:

Cuando est� habilitada la depuraci�n JIT, cualquier excepci�n no controladase enviar� al depurador JIT registrado en el equipoen lugar de controlarlo mediante el cuadro de di�logo.

 Maybe your problem is about Microsoft Network. Have you trying to repair or reinstall..?

I have reinstall Net. framework but the message it's still the same.  I have tried to repair autocad too but doesn't work .
