I've been using autocad for ages and I never had any problem, till now.
 
Each time I open layer manager this message shows up:

Por ejemplo:
<configuration>    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" /></configuration>
Cuando esté habilitada la depuración JIT, cualquier excepción no controladase enviará al depurador JIT registrado en el equipoen lugar de controlarlo mediante el cuadro de diálogo.

 Maybe your problem is about Microsoft Network. Have you trying to repair or reinstall..?

I have reinstall Net. framework but the message it's still the same.  I have tried to repair autocad too but doesn't work .
