(same with the start points y)i do not want to click 2x1000 times to each endpoint.Thanks to allStefan

Not sure I follow... in your example above do you want to create a line/polyline that connects all of the "y" points?  All of the "x" points?  Or do you want to connect all the "x" points to "y" points?
I'm not sure I quite get why you would do this or what drawing would require it.  Maybe a little more information would help, eh?

Simply create points or polyline from coordinates in EXEL.
