Im trying to find a way to have a leader in a block. I have a symbol that we use and it has some associated attributes. The text for the attributes sometimes cant be close to the symbol. So I would like a leader that is pointing to the symbol from the attributes. All contained within the 1 block. Thoughts?

I kind of sort of understand the question, and similarly kind of sort of have an idea for a solution... but an example (either in a small cad dwg or a pdf) sure would be handy if it illustrated what you'd like have happen in a couple of sample cases.

If you can do that I'll wait before guessing and missing completely.

I've had something like that continuously almost since the www has been in existence.  Learning how to write HTML in the early days was an itch I could never resist scratching.  It's just a whole lot easier now!

But... which one did you find?  There may be (is) another!

I stumbled across the one that had the reference to the strange AutoCAD 2013 error.  It also contained references to your woodworking (I have several Mission pieces of furniture, some authentic and a couple reproductions) and your photography.  Oh yeah, the blurb about getting stitches in your mouth too and it wasn't as a result of hockey although I'm sure there is a hockey rink somewhere in Hawaii.

Yeah... you're onto me now John.  Look for the little Simtra Path Planner animations too if you didn't see them.  Those are really cool to create when I get something that requires them.  The Simtra software is something totally cool.  Very airports specific, but extremely comprehensive and powerful.... and it costs as much as any of the AutoCAD verticals all by itself!Dave.
