A search of this website using the word "crane" should help you locate previous threads regarding the subject.  It has been discussed a few times.

Hello ryantales, you can find examples of "lifting plans" at WSH-COUNSIL ( LiftingPlanGuidelines.pdf ).I would also search at BECHTEL the Rigging Handbook ( Bechtel_Rigging_Handbook_2nd_edition_Part_1[1].pdf ). For the AutoCAD cranes files there are some here in the site ( CAD/BIM Blocks ), launch a search with the word crane.I have personally placed some AutoCAD files here and others are available eventually. For the lifting accessories you can find at THE CROSBY GROUP AutoCAD files and I have uploaded here in the site files regarding this compiling different files in one like for shackles, etc... If you want/can pay for it there are plan and elevation views for 65 dollars each in : www.tdkv.com. Some crane builders are giving their AutoCAD files like LIEBHERR, TADANO, and some are not but : MANITOWOC-GROVE is providing a very useful software : PADLOADS ( free and safe ) that will calculate the padloads that you need if you install your crane on bridges or other "light" areas.PADLOADS ( if you learn how to use it ) will validate your cranes configurations, etc...Ask for more if needed.

See if some of this helps Philippe; Just take the relevant code, punch it in your search engine and it should give you a pdf to download.INTERNATIONAL DESIGN STANDARDS – LIFTING MACHINES AND LIFTING TACKLE: SANS 10307 Cranes, Lifting and Suspended Equipment
