I am working with AutoCAD Map 3D 2009, and have made updates to a DWG file that was originally created years ago (before my time here).  The updates are completed and now I need to print 125 layouts (previously created).  I am able to plot to PDF using DWGtoPDF.pc3, BUT once it has plotted to file, the program hangs up and due to time constraints, I shut down via the Windows task manager.  I suspect one of the issues may be caused by the Plot Style Table and/or the Plotter Configuration Files previously created, which I have tried to change.  Beyond that, my limited knowledge of AutoCAD has brought me to a stand still to be able to debug the problem.  Can anyone help?  Or make suggestions for me to investigate that I am unaware of?
Thank you!

Have you gone into your control panel  "Autodesk plot Style Manager" and "Autodesk Plotter manager" and just deleted and replaced your pen table and plotter driver?  I have also found deleting .pc3 files help as well. always pick your plotter driver never the .pc3 files.  That is the way I get my Dwg to Pdf driver to work.

If you are able to work in file I am not sure why you are not able to print using DWG to PDF.pc3 but I would suggest try with other PDF printer like PDF 995 or Cute PDF if it works. If it works then there is problem with PC3 file .

I would recommend not to Print 125 layouts at one go (If you are doing so) this could create problem.

Let me know what you find out.
