What are your computer specs?Does this lockup occur while working in one particular drawing or in any drawing? What are you attempting to do when the lockup occurs?  Can you make it happen at will or is it random? Are you up-to-date with any/all AutoCAD service packs?Have you made any changes to your hardware or software lately?

Why don't you try to find the full specs for your computer.  We'll wait.Until then stop using MagiCad.

If you aren't going to answer the remainder of the questions there is no use continuing the conversation.  Without complete answers there can be no solution.

Service packs.  Use the ABOUT command.  When a window appears click on the Product Information button.  It should tell you there.
