Hi have just updated to Windows 8.1.  I have installed all drivers for my HP officejet 7000 printer and it all prints OK from the test page, word etc.. When I try and plot in AutoCAD, I can select the printer but then the list of paper sizes are blank.  The list box is there and I can scroll down through what should be all the different paper sizes but there is nothing visible.  At the moment I would have to guess the paper size. I've re-installed the printer drivers but it still happens. My only work around at the moment is to plot to a PDF and then open the PDF and print it this way, not ideal. Anyone seen this before? Thanks Mike

I think I found an answer to your problem here...http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Paper-sizes-missing-when-plotting-from-AutoCAD-2015-on-Windows-8.html

Thanks for that link.  Tried all that now.  Downloaded the latest windows 8.1 drivers.  Still no list of paper sizes.  Tried the universal PCL5 and PCL6 and Postscript drivers.  PCL6 and Postscript say my printer doesn't support these.  PCL5 just prints random letters and number. Not sure what to try now! Mike
