hello guys, please do me favor i have the measurement for a lot plan, but im having difficulty on how do i start..(im using autodesk autocad 2k10).heres the measurement..Line 1 - 2 Length - 16.57 meter Angle - N21'47' ELine 2 - 3 Length - 17.88 meter Angle - S68'14'E Line 3 - 4 Length - 16.57 meter Angle - S21'47'WLine 4 - 1 Length - 17.88 meter Angle - N68'14'Wcan u do me a short video tutorial?? so that will make my mind clear,..thank you.. hope u'll help me..

AutoCAD allows you to enter bearings as an angle, in the format :@distance<angleuse "d" after degrees, apostrophe after minutes, quote after secondsUse "line" command, pick a start point, then for next point enter:@16.57<n21d47'eand continue with other lines around the lothope this helps!

[/QUOTE]hey carlB tnx for the response, but one more thing... ther was no "second" nor "minute" on a given measure above?..would that be okif i proceed? just like u said "@16.57<n21d47'e"??

Just to give you a little background on what you're doing, serjuk, it is a system or method of describing land called Metes & Bounds.I just learned of it myself a couple months back and thought it was very interesting. Good Luck!
