Hello,I am new to CAD. I got a file with has Xref files and when i tried o plot it to pdf it is only print a very small area.would someone help?

And did you also get copies of the drawings that are being xreffed?

yes and all in one file organized in paper space but plot windows or extent and other options did not give the whole drawing.

What exactly is missing?  Does it have anything to do with the xrefs?If you are plotting from a layout then you do not want to be plotting using the "Window" or "Extents" option.  You want to be using the "Layout" option.

the layout is organized in the paper space for plotting with the title block.I have tried all options to print the layout, extent and windows but it gave a very small corner of it.Please let me know If I can send the file in PM as I can not uploaded in puplic.Thank you

There are other variables than just whether you're plotting the layout or the extents.  Could your plotting scale be way off?  In paper space, presumably it should be full size [1:1].
