I'm having trouble plotting to the correct scale. First off, I've already set my units to feets and inches, and I've finished my drawing as such. But when I'm ready to plot the scale factor on AutoCAD2008, the values are nothing that I would need to fit into a 24" x 36" paper, the scale I'm planning on putting was 1/8" = 1'-0".Please let me know if you can help,Thanks in advance.P.S: if there's uncertainties about my problems, please let me know so i may further explain.

Care to play a game of 20 Questions?1. Are you plotting via Modelspace or Paperspace?

I'm plotting on PS.Would it make it easier if I plotted on MS?I know that with model space I can zoom in and out when i'm viewing on the layout tab.

No, plotting via PS is optimal, don't change. From the sounds of it, you may need to either split your drawing or decrease the scale. If you select the mview window, the "Viewport Scale" shows up in the bottom right corner of your workspace. Just click on the scale you want and it will adjust it for you.Does this help?
