Not enough useful information to pinpoint the problem.Could be a printer driver problem.Could be your drawing needs to be cleaned up (Overkill, -Purge, Audit).Could be AutoCAD is searching for something and can't find it.

Hello JoseDomingo, it could be a problem of .CTB location, if it's not on your disk it delays the print.
Tell us if you know about CTB or not.

Is there any problem in printing the drawing without layout? If no, Then the printer will be the problem.

If it happens with both programs then I'd be more inclined to think it was a printer driver issue.

Other entities i can investigate ?It's not a printer driver because happen with the file, not with the pc. Best Regards

Well I guess we are in disagreement then.  Good luck sorting it out.Unless you want to share the drawing with us by uploading a copy then diagnosing the problem will be difficult.

Strip the information out and upload the drawing.  What's so difficult about that?  Do you want to solve the problem or not?  Seems you are making this more difficult than it has to be.

Your printer is directly connected or network, if this network then Check the IP address of your printer.
