Do you have the private messaging turn on in the forums?

If not how can I send a files to a fellow user if the files are to big to be attached?
I have 2 videos from one of the Autodesk techs and I would like to send them to user cparnell who could use them to solve his issue and would be nice to ad to the how-to section.

Private messages (PM) are currently disabled in our English-language forums but even if they were on, there is no file attachment functionality in them.
 
You can embedd Youtube videos in your forum postings (see the full Reply button and Forum Codes) or link to any file sharing web service like YouSendIt or RapidShare.
 
You can also send us (webmaster@cadforum.cz) any files to be posted in a new CAD tip.

The files are on my Box.net file share and can be downloaded from the "FileShare:" link in my signature.







 
Also, I normally use FireFox as my browser and today I tried to reply to a question and when I tried to login it said the I did successfully but it never showed that I was loged in and wouldn't let me answer the question;  I had to switch to IE and everythig worked fine.  Did something change today?
