HelloI have a problem with manually entering dimension values. I have object snap on and when i choose the first point at an object and enter value for second point it always changes to some random small number.  If i don't choose first point on an object and enter value manually i get the correct value then. It's the same for aligned and linear dimensions.Has anyone have an idea where's the problem?Sorry for my english.

Your post is a bit confusing. You should be making your picks and letting AutoCAD supply the dimension value.  Why are you overriding the values?

I am using it for drawing a polyline, which has diffrent offsets  from some curve. I could use a line and type the distance i want from curve and polyline at specific section and than draw over dimensions by picking points, but that takes more time. And it's easier to do it in one step, ofcourse if it would work the way it's suppose to. I know it's a bit confusing, but i can't find more appropriate words to describe it :)The curve is in xref file, it could be that the probelm is connected to that.

You'll have to post the drawing as I am having some trouble picturing what you describe.
