When I insert an image in sketch mode, the picture is extremely grainy.  I have tried several different formats including tiff, bmp, jpg, gif. 
 
This is for a project for work and is very important that I can insert an image and then decal it to a surface.
 
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
