I am having a problem using the Publish feature in AutoCAD 2006. I have a network printer with it's on-board print server. It's an HP Laserjet 8000. I created a .pc3 file using the Windows printer driver that is installed on the computer (Windows XP).

I can plot a single sheet just fine, and when I add multiple sheets to the Publish list, it will only print the first file on the list. If I use the Publish feature on another computer with a AutoCAD 2006 or 2007 installed, it will plot all of these same drawings just fine.

I tried setting the plotter in the page setup to both the windows printer driver, and the .pc3 file that I created with the windows printer driver.
I found that there is a bug with 2008 and 2009 where PUBLISHCOLLATE being set to 0 solves the problem. However, there doesn't seem to be such a variable in 2006, and the "Collate" option is set to "None" in the plotter configuration.

Make sure you have a plotter set for each sheet. I select all the tabs and then use the publisher to plot all the sheets to which ever plotter is selected.  I hope that helps.

On the computer that works, I can select all in the Publish list and then pick a page setup from the drop down menu. As long as the first drawing has this page setup, all of the other drawings will plot using the plotter in that page setup. I can check the plot logs to verify that it is doing this, and they show the path to the first drawing under "page setup used"
