Hi All.  This is my first post on cad forum and it relates to publishing.I want to publish a full set of our tender drawings for a recent project.  When i open all the cad files and hit the publish tool it gives you a few options. You can publish to PDF, DWF etc as well as publishing to a plotter.  The issue i have is all my layout tabs are set up to plot to an A1 HP plotter and are all set to A1 size sheets.  Is there a way to publish all the drawings to a different plotter (A3) size without having to go in and change the plotting setting of each individual layout tab.To do this in the past i would generally publish all the drawings into one large PDF document & then print to the required plotter, however i was hoping there is a way to do this without having to publish the pdf first. Thanks Guys & Gals.

There is no other shortcut for publishing on a different plotter other than what you are already doing.

I have just found out that there is a way of doing it.When setting up the page set up for the layout tabs you generally have a standard default one.  Mine was to plot in colour to out A1 plotter. However, after you have set up you page set up, right click on the layout tab, go to page set up manager and go to NEW.  Then set up the same layout tab to plot to your alternative plotter (A3)When you then go to publish the layout tabs you can change the default page set up to print to your alternative plotter from the drop down menu.Hope this helps.  It worked for me.
