long time no post huh,,,by the way im need help,aside from purge the drawing....what another way to create small size of a dwg.....eventhough i xref the file....too much big file....to delete the hatches or blocks etc....i need another ways.....thank you...

Do you use the command line version of the PURGE command and first purge Regapps?Do you use layer filters?Have you checked your drawing for bloated scalelists?What is a typical file size?What are your computer hardware specs?

Select what you need and WBLOCK or Copy & Paste into a new drawing.
