What does the OS version have to do with Reference Manager?  If you have AutoCAD 2015 loaded then the Reference Manager should already be listed under Start > All Programs > AutoDesk > AutoCAD 2015.  Did you try running it?By the way, there is no need to capitalize each and every word in a sentence.  It is considered bad form.How to use Reference Manager.http://autodesk.blogs.com/between_the_lines/2013/03/autocad-reference-file-management.html
