Besides using DWG Trueview, is there a script to convert 2013 dwg files to 2010 format? I am using AutoCAD 2013 LT and will batch script (using ScriptPro) to make sure that all my drawings are in the 2010 format. Thank you.

What's wrong about using DWG TrueView? This is the right tool for that.

There is a setting in the AutoCAD options to force AutoCAD to save to a certain version, if you set this to 2010, then Script pro cylcles through all the drawings to run the script, it should save it down.

hello, if applicable to your 2013 release because I only have 2008 :
When you work with a certain release ( AutoCAD 2013 for example ) you can do a setting to force your file to be registrated into an other release each time you do a "save".
In TOOLS / OPTIONS / OPEN & SAVE / SAVING FILES / SAVE AS :
there is a scrool and you can choose : Drawing AutoCAD 2010 ( *.dwg ).
PLEASE, VERIFY THE EXACT WORDS BECAUSE ALL THIS IS A CRUDE TRANSLATION FROM MY FRENCH AUTOCAD 2008.
Message for rappelzdzd : You said is not very good, I heard which I don't want to help you.

How many drawings are you looking to save down to the 2010 file format?  Ten?  A hundred?  A thousand?

About 800-1000 drawings. All machines have been pre-set to save in 2010 format, but unfortunately there are re-saving processes (after drawing checks) that open up the human error of saving them in newer versions
