Do you mean a database system (e.g. for a GIS application)? If so you may consider AutoCAD Map Enterprise and Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server (formerly "Topobase"). They store both database and graphics data centrally in an Oracle database.Another client-server option is using AutoCAD in a terminal environment (Citrix). Both ways are viable.

Thanks Vladmir!!
What I mean is Like ArcGIS 10 Server Advanced WorkGroup(which is deployed in our Server). But our intention is, since there are several engineers here, they are using AutoCAD intensively on Local Desktop. The Problem is when they leave the organization, the next generation or heads did not find the their designs for project consultancy and Supervision. So if the system be Centralized on SQL based database, it will be accessed for any one and for, even, archive. This is our intention. The engineeres save and working on central cerver is one better solutions we have got for the time being.
That is it. So my question is Which AutoCAD version is best suited for my requirement? How is they are selling for Licenses? Is there a license for server version and Client Version? More over.if you have addition inf, I need them all.
kind Regards
