well... I get this message when I run the command "toolbox" : Unknown command AECCTOOLBOXplease, somebody helpme... i use Autocad Civil 3d 2009.. thanks

Make sure you are loading (starting) Civil 3D with the full Civil 3D profile (e.g. not just as plain AutoCAD). Your FILEDIA variable should be also set to 1.
