Hi. I am stumped about what to do next.

I bought a 20x30" foam board and would like to plot out exactly the bordered area of 20x30".
I am using 24x36 paper size obviously.

But I don't know how to make the viewport window to a specific size like 20x30. I've tried drawing using line but 30" or 20" lines are really tiny. Since the paper size was set up 24x36, should they not be close to the edges of the paper size? The viewport is set up as 1:1. The plot scale of plot is set up at 3/16" or the like.

Because of this, I am struggling to insert my title block which is an jpg image. For some reason, it is inserted in the model space when the paper space is on. And it is extremely tiny.

I used the imageattach method. In photoshop it read as 3x20", which is what I want to put on the side of the viewport.

I am using Autocad 2011.
