This topic just cam e up recently in another thread. My suggestions were two websites called CADTUTOR and MYCADSITE. Tutorials can also be found at the AUTODESK website. You might also want to pick up a good book about AutoCAD. Another option would be to take an introductory course about AutoCAD from a reputable AutoDesk reseller. These tend to be 4 or 5 days long.

You can find videos for many subjects on YouTube.CADTUTOR has videos but I think they are having a problem with their website today.

Also suggest me, should I start from AutoCad 2008 or AutoCad 2014?

Start with AutoCAD 2014. There is no rational reason to be starting with a version that is already six years old.
