Hello people, I'm desperate :)I have a 2D drawing in autocad that I need to import into a MS Publisher file that I then have to distill into PDF.I use WMFOUT and obtain a wonderful .WMF file, which looks great both on its own, and in the Publisher file.Although, when i reopen it with CAD using the WMFIN command, I see that the lines and shapes are made of smaller traingles and smaller shapes. In fact, when i make the PDF, a lot of lines appear in the back and I just can't get rid of them. It's like the object is sudivided in subpieces as single objects.Lines and shapes aren't ONE unique piece, and that's the problem.I'm attaching an image of the unwanted output. Thanks a lot to anyone who wishes to give his support :-)

Maybe it is better using Dwfout command for your Work.

And use regen command after wmfin command.

Actually, DXF gives me the same problems and furthermore, I can't import it into Publisher.I found out today, after hours of google, that people are importing their DWG files in Adobe Illustrator and then exporting them into EMF format (enhanced meta file) for using into Microsoft software and Windows applications.I tried and Illustrator is doing a pretty good job.I wish I could export a good WMF directly from AutoCAD without having to go through more software, but sometimes, the result is the only thing we should focus on :)Thanks
