Can you at xref automatically his new path.

There are three path options for a xref.  They are...No pathFull pathRelative pathWhich one do you normally use?Are you looking for a lisp routine to automate the process?You question just doesn't seem to make much sense.

if I move from workstation. xref are not connect. I need them again each conect. much work can conect it not automaticl.?

Are the xrefs stored on a network drive?It would be nice if you provided ALL the information up front in your first post.To repath your xrefs, without opening each drawing, use the Reference Manager.
