Perhaps Inventor but definitely not AutoCAD.

On a shaft, at times, flat surfaces are created, normally for using spanners. During the viw generations of this type of shafts, we get the pair of lines parallel to the axis at the place where flat cut is created.

In general drafting practice, it is conventionally represented with additional two diagonal lines. 

Once a person sees this conventional symbol, he understands it as a flat surface on a cylindrical body.

Does any of the 3D CAD softwares have this feature built in?
