During the viw generations of this type of shafts, we get the pair of lines parallel to the axis at the place where flat cut is created.<div><br></div><div>In general drafting practice, it is conventionally represented with additional two diagonal lines.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Once a person sees this conventional symbol, he understands it as a flat surface on a cylindrical body.</div><div><br></div><div>Does any of the 3D CAD softwares have this feature built in?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks in advance for answering.</div><div><br></div><div>Umesh</div>]]>
