Now I need to !

I have a 3D object ... which I lofted between 2 shapes... resulting in an object that has 6 or so "sections" if you like. I want to do a few things... firstly alter the spacing on the "cross sections" in terms of the distance from each other I would like to reduce it so I can have about 15mm between each cross section. Then I want to remove the longitudinal lines that contain the cross sections... so I am just left with a series of plates or cross sections... I then need to export all those and nest them on a CNC mill...

I am guessing the next two steps are not that hard... but just need a bit of help... when I explode the object it breaks it into faces... longitudinally - which is something I do not want.

Many thanks for any help

Guy
