I drew 100 mm long line in AutoCAD and I want it to be 100 mm on the paper when I print it from Word document on a paper. Even if I set the Width and Height on 100% in Word it is not it. WMFOUT did the same thing. I get the drawing in Word, but not 1:1.

Is there no easy way to just export the selected drawing from AutoCAD in Word?

But you can use the WMF export (vectors). Or just a copy/paste - see the related tip:
http://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/how-to-copy-an-autocad-dwg-drawing-into-ms-word-or-other-office-tip9911
