Sometimes Autodesk allows upgrade from older software (they call it legacy, if I'm not mistaken) in promotion program.<div>I suggest you to contact a local reseller to help you with this. Autodesk may have this program in your area because they will no longer allow old version to be upgraded in Feb 2015.&nbsp;</div>]]>

Per Autodesk site: "To qualify for an upgrade to a 2015 version, you must be moving from a 2009 or more recent version." (Novedge offers upgrade for $814).<br>]]>
