The program doesn't completely crash because I can still hit ESC and everything will be back to normal. It's almost as if the command is functioning properly but the insert box will not appear.

I originally made these blocks in our old 2008 program on a master template dwg and we recently upgraded to 2013. It'll work on my coworkers computers but not mine.

I know it can still see/read the blocks because when I enter the BLOCK command to make a new one I can see them on the drop down bar. Does anyone know how I can either fix my insert command or can directly enter the block editor so I can at least copy/paste what I need from there?

Thanks
