    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10692<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24.Sep.2014 at 11:24<br /><br />I last used LIMITS when I took a basic AutoCAD course and never used it again after that.&nbsp; I don't know of anyone that uses it on a regular basis.&nbsp; AutoCAD will accommodate whatever you draw be it the smallest coin you have in your pocket or the world's longest suspension bridge.&nbsp; It is virtually limitless.&nbsp; Someone even once took the time to draw our universe, full size, using AutoCAD.&nbsp; How's that for a "limit"?&nbsp; Large enough for you?<br><br>Now if you are asking about what standard size paper to print to then that is going to depend on the type of "engineering" you do to some extent.&nbsp; Are you a civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical engineer?&nbsp; What do you normally draw?&nbsp; Roads and highways, building frames or bridges, electrical schematics or control cabinet layouts, machine parts, HVAC, other?<br><br>What paper size can you currently print to?&nbsp; Will you be doing your own printing or will you be using the services of a reprographics firm?&nbsp; Will you be sharing your drawings with others?&nbsp; If so will you be sending actual drawing files or PDFs?<br><br>We need more information.<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by John Connor - 24.Sep.2014 at 12:44</span>]]>
