    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10710<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02.Oct.2014 at 13:13<br /><br />I took a closer look at your 3D model after doing exactly what you did, explode it, and I found many irregularities with it.&nbsp; In some places there are gaps in the geometry and in other places there appears to be extra lines incorporated into the surfaces.&nbsp; My assessment is that the translation from SolidEdge to AutoCAD was flawed and there is no easy way to salvage the model.&nbsp; Either work in SolidEdge with the original or figure out another way to reproduce the model in AutoCAD which may prove to be equally frustrating to do.&nbsp; Sorry.<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by John Connor - 02.Oct.2014 at 23:50</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10710<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02.Oct.2014 at 00:15<br /><br />Might have been created in SolidEdge?&nbsp; You should have mentioned that in your first post.&nbsp; Why didn't you go to the SolidEdge website and ask for help in their forum?<br><br>Just about anything one does with the model using a solids editing tool in AutoCAD will make the circle disappear as far as I can tell.&nbsp; You failed to tell us what else in the model needs to be fixed.&nbsp; Your reluctance to fully answer any and all questions is just slowing things down.<br><br>In the future, when you have a problem you would like help with please provide ALL the information you possibly can in your very FIRST post.&nbsp; We can never really have too much information as long as it is pertinent.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10710<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01.Oct.2014 at 16:17<br /><br />It almost looks like you somehow got a piece of 2D geometry stuck in your 3D model but I'm not 100% sure since when you look at it in a Conceptual or Realistic visual style the circle doesn't show up.&nbsp; It's like it is there but it isn't.&nbsp; How did you do that?<br><br>I see that when the object is exploded you end up with 128 separate surfaces and upon closer examination one can see several "holes" in the model that would somehow have to be filled before you could even attempt to use the SURFSCULPT command.&nbsp; Even then I think the command might fail as all it takes is one tiny void to stop the command from completing.<br><br>How was the model constructed in the first place?&nbsp; What program was used?<br><br><b>OK...regarding this jpeg and the red circle it points to:<br></b><div><br>http://s010.radikal.ru/i312/1410/fd/88e0bac59b97.jpg</div><div><br></div><b>I have been able to eliminate the circle.&nbsp; What else needs to be fixed?</b><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by John Connor - 01.Oct.2014 at 16:30</span>]]>
