It will take you to the AutoDesk Partner Products and Services website.  Look for #4020 HVAC-Lib.  A library of HVAC blocks can be purchased for $75 U.S.  Pretty reasonable price if you ask me.  The blocks should work in Draftsight too.

Did you look here at the CADforum under the category Piping, P&ID > HVAC?

I see your Profile lists Dradftsight as the program you are using.  You do know that for the most part this is an AutoCAD forum don't you?

Did you post your question at the Draftsight forum too?

Blocks of all types can be found via a search of the Internet.  All you need do is use good search criteria.

Hello guys. I'm sure I'm in the wrong section here but please bare with me. I'm new and need a little help here. I'm looking for HVAC ductwork fitting blocks. I searched the blocks however I'm only looking for the basic blocks. Short and long radius 90's. T-fittings, elbows both square and round. 2d files only right now. Can someone help me out? How about we cut directly to the chase?  Attach a copy of the drawing (DWG file) to your next post so we can look at it ourselves.  I think that would be the best option here.

Thank you Kent. As noted, I am using the (layout?) tabs adjacent to the Model tab. I right click and select 'From Template'. There are pre-existing blocks sharing the same name in other tabs, where an older template drawing sheet exists, but the message I get when bringing the new template in to a new tab is that the 'duplicate blocks' are ignored - and I have proved that that is true by deleting and purging those blocks from the older drawing sheets before bringing in the new template - I still get the same distorted effect but without getting the message about duplicate blocks.

As you will see, I am now realising that there is a seconday/supplementary problem, in that I cannot seem to get my Template page set-up to register anything other than a scale of 1:1000 - no matter how often I set it back to 1:1 it reverts to 1000. What is the over-ride on this? It seems to be what is causing the template to come in to my drawing at the size I described rather than a standard A3 as it is in my template drawing; whether it is also causing the distortion of my MText I don't know. 

Most peculiar.

One other thing that I have noticed is that the A3 template, which perfectly scale at 420x297 in the template, is reading 42000x297000 in the drawing that I am bringing it in to. What on earth have I done wrong?

The attached screenshots show:

1. The pagesetup manager seems to be uncontrollable - set at 1:1000 despite me constantly setting it to 1:1. Is this causing the above problem.

2. Shows the page as I want it - sorry about the resolution

3. Shows the page as it's coming in to the drawing tab.
