You need to purchase or lease Civil 3D. That is your best option.

Another option would be Carlson Survey. Maybe they have a 30 day trial version you can download.

You are right . . . I am using autocad 2012.

routine for this purpose. I am not familiar with this site

BTW....are you really using Release 12 or are you using 2012? There is a vast difference.

I think you need Civil 3D. In the 2011 Subscription Advantage Pack AutoDesk included a COGO Editor that could output a Traverse Closure report. I assume it was included in subsequent releases as well.

where I work, we are using basic autocad release 12.
I work for a small civil engineering company and I use
lisp routines to help with drafting work.
I am looking for a deed traverse closure routine that would
be able to print out a closure sheet with any error check
where the property did not close.
If you have this please sent it to me at this email address.
