Why don't you google your needs first. For example, type in google "building a tool in 3d in Autocad" and see what others have made and if it interests you Wink

Welcome and enjoy Autocad. There is always something you may not know in Autocad or anything else in life! When you face a question in Autocad feel free to make the topic and ask. If I were you I would look into a program like Inventor not AutoCAD.
